No. SYNERGY45 products are cosmetics. Formula 01 is formulated for visibly thicker-looking, fuller-looking, denser-looking hair and designed to support a revitalized, healthy-looking scalp environment. It is not a drug, and it does not treat, prevent or reverse any medical condition.

Formula 01 is the first product released from a planned five-formula cosmetic architecture. Formulas 02–05 are still in development. They are designed to be used together once available.

Yes. It is a leave-on serum intended for use on a dry scalp after washing. You can style your hair normally afterward. Avoid applying it to a wet scalp: water thins the gel and lets it run onto the hair.

It depends on how much you use each day. A 60 mL bottle used at a typical daily amount often lasts in the range of one to two months. The Routine companion app counts the days in your bottle, and your Formula 01 routine explains when to reorder.

Sodium alginate, from brown seaweed, gives Formula 01 its thick gel texture. The gel stays where you put it on the scalp instead of dripping onto the hair, then dries to a light film that stays on until your next wash. No salts are added to thicken it. More: why an alginate gel.

The project is independent and currently produces in small batches. Manufacturing details will be stated clearly on the product packaging and on this site as volume increases. Our stated limitations are listed on the About page.

No. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If your bottle arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact@synergy45.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the bottle and packaging, and a short video showing the damage, and we will send a replacement.
