$10 shipping on one bottle. Free shipping on 2 or more bottles. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
Within the United States only. Orders ship from California. Orders are placed and paid for through our Shopify store.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 1 business day and ship the next business day by USPS Priority Mail. Delivery usually takes 4–6 business days after shipping.
Carrier
All orders ship by USPS Priority Mail. You will receive tracking by email.
Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, texture preference, or opened cosmetic products. Formula 01 is a thick alginate gel by design.
Damaged or incorrect bottle
If your bottle arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Email contact@synergy45.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos of the bottle and packaging, and a short video showing the damage.
- You do not need to send the bottle back.
- We ship a replacement by USPS Priority Mail at no cost to you.
Replacement is the only remedy; we do not offer refunds.
