About SYNERGY45

SYNERGY45 is an independent cosmetic company making small-batch, precision-formulated scalp care for fuller-looking, thicker-looking hair. Its first product, Formula 01, is a high-concentration 2-Deoxy-D-Ribose (2dDR) cosmetic scalp serum.

Who we are

Synergy45 is the company behind SYNERGY45 Formula 01, based at 9431 Haven Ave, Ste 100, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. The project is self-funded. Formulas 02–05 are in development and will follow as each completes its own preparation and testing.

How Formula 01 was developed

The work began with a clear observation: most existing products address only a narrow slice of the factors that influence how hair looks and feels. Over two years of development work in organic chemistry and applied biology, the system was rebuilt repeatedly until the chemistry and stability requirements of each role could be met without compromise. The name SYNERGY45 marks the number of reformulations required to reach the current architecture.

The result is Formula 01, a small-batch, precision-formulated 2dDR topical serum: a fragrance-free alginate gel with six actives at stated levels: 2-deoxy-D-ribose 2.5%, niacinamide 3.0%, caffeine 1.5%, panthenol 1.0%, adenosine 0.75% and melatonin 0.10%. What we claim, and what we don’t

All products are formulated as cosmetics. Formula 01 is formulated for visibly thicker-looking, fuller-looking, denser-looking hair, and designed to support a revitalized, healthy-looking scalp environment. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including hair-related conditions.

Our education pages are written and reviewed by Synergy45, and each one shows when it was last reviewed. They describe what an ingredient is and how to use the product; they do not cite laboratory work as if it were evidence about Formula 01.

Our limitations, stated plainly

• This website shows no reviews, ratings or testimonials.
• Cosmetic claims only. Our claims are about how hair and scalp look and feel. There is no human clinical evidence for Formula 01, and we make no hair-growth or medical claims.
• Small-batch production. We make Formula 01 in small batches. Manufacturing details will be stated clearly on the product packaging and on this site as volume increases.
• One product so far. Only Formula 01 is on sale. Formulas 02–05 are still in development.
• US only, all sales final. We ship from California to US addresses only. All sales are final; a damaged or incorrect bottle is replaced.
